Mental Health First Aid Illinois (MHFA Illinois) is dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations with the skills needed to recognize and respond to mental health challenges. Since 2021, we have trained numerous professionals, community members, and organizations in life-saving Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) techniques.
The Community Mental Health First Aid Collaborative is our newest initiative to increase access to training by partnering with businesses and nonprofits to provide flexible, affordable, and impactful MHFA training for employees and the broader community.
