DESCRIPTION:Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identif
 y\, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use dis
 orders. This 7.5-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out a
 nd provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health
  or substance use challenge and help connect them to the appropriate care. 
 Please note that registration does not guarantee a spot in the course.\nCou
 rse Format:\nParticipants must complete 2 hours of self-paced training prio
 r to the course date\, which will be sent via email 2 weeks prior. Please 
 check Spam\, if not received.\nThe 5.5-hour portion of the course is a smal
 l group-interactive training. Participants will participate in small and la
